How It Works
1:1 virtual sessions delivered via secure video platform

Packages available: 6 or 10 sessions, designed for consistency and progress
Each session includes:

All coaching is non-clinical: no diagnosis, treatment, or rehabilitation is provided
Investment
1:1 virtual women’s exercise coaching is offered through customized support packages, designed around your goals, history, and the level of guidance you’re looking for. Most clients invest $350–$700 per month, depending on session frequency and support needs. After you submit the intake form, I personally review your information and reach out to schedule a connection call. This gives us space to talk through your goals, answer questions, and confirm that this type of coaching is the right fit before moving forward. This is a private-pay coaching service and is not billed to insurance.
