I’m so happy you’re here! I’m Trudy, a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner (PRPC), Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), and Certified Personal Trainer — but most importantly, an endometriosis warrior and advocate who truly understands what it means to live in a body that’s asking for healing.
After years of navigating my own journey with endometriosis and pelvic pain, I found my purpose in helping women reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and feel more confident in how they move. My approach blends evidence-based movement principles with mindful exercises and whole-body education, empowering you to feel strong, grounded, and in control of your wellness.
